Cultivation & Care

Harvesting
At peak maturity, we utilize large-scale harvesting equipment to unearth the groundnuts efficiently, preserving the integrity of every pod.
Drying & Shelling
The groundnuts are carefully sun-dried to optimal moisture levels before passing through our gentle shelling machines to extract the raw kernels.
Quality Sorting
In our pristine facilities, state-of-the-art optical sorters remove any defects, guaranteeing that only the highest quality peanuts move forward.
Packaging & Export
The sorted groundnuts are securely sealed in Noya-branded export sacks and loaded onto transport vehicles for immediate global distribution.
